- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
- A screenshot if the UI looked wrong — never send the original image file; we don't need it and we don't want it.
Common questions
My conversion failed — can you fix my file?
Almost always yes, but we do not need the file. Tell us the format and roughly the size and we'll reproduce it with a sample.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the service was materially broken. See our Terms for details.
Do you offer white-label or API access?
Not at the moment. If you have a specific use case, email hello@ and we'll evaluate.
