These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imageconverttojpg.com("Service"), operated by Shariq Chaudhary ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Plans and downloads
Signed-in users on the Free plan receive up to 10 downloads per day. The Pro plan ($50/year) includes up to 5,000 downloads per year. The Unlimited plan ($191/year) removes the download cap subject to fair-use protections against automated abuse. Downloads by signed-out visitors are not available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harass; (b) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (c) attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limiting, or authentication; (d) automate the Service beyond what a normal browser user would do; or (e) upload material you do not have the right to process.
4. Your content
All processing happens in your browser. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights in the images you convert. You retain all rights to your content.
5. Fees, taxes, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. Because the Service is delivered digitally in full at the moment of purchase, we generally do not offer refunds; if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@imageconverttojpg.comwithin 14 days.
6. Third-party services
The Service may display advertising served by Google AdSense and integrate with third-party authentication and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The ImageConvertToJPG name, logo, source code, and design are owned by us. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular output will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings or by contacting support.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
