What counts as a download?+
Each processed file you save counts once. Previewing inside the browser is free — only clicking Download decrements your quota.
What happens if I hit my Free daily limit?+
You can still preview and process files. Downloads pause until midnight UTC, or upgrade to Pro for 5,000 exports per year.
Do unused downloads roll over?+
Pro downloads reset annually on your renewal date and do not roll over. Unlimited has no cap subject to fair-use.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds after 14 days.
Is there a refund policy?+
If you were charged in error or the service was materially broken, email support within 14 days for a full refund.
Do you offer team plans?+
Not yet. Unlimited is the recommended plan for teams of up to 5. Reach out for a custom seat plan if you need more.
